Ancient bronze bas-relief plaque Art Deco sculpture woman with 2 different faces
Very large double-sided bas relief plaque in bronze from the art deco period. Manufactured in the 1920s or 1930s. It measures 18cm in length, 5cm in thickness at its thickest point, and is made of beautiful solid bronze of high quality with a very nice patina. The plaque is very heavy, weighing 10kg!! One side depicts a female artist painter and the other side a nude woman. In very good condition, with normal signs of use and age (some rubbing in places). There is a lack of patina on a small edge, as shown in the last photo. A lovely plaque and a very rare model!!
