Art Deco Perfume Bottle from the 1920s/30s Woman with Necklace Molded Glass & Gilded Metal

  

All my items are either antique or vintage objects from flea markets or second-hand items that are more or less recent. As such, they show signs of wear and usage that I try to highlight as best as I can by including multiple photos and describing the item. I kindly ask you to read the description carefully and look at the photos that are part of the item description. Exceptional bottle from the 1920s/30s made of molded glass covered in gilded metal. The lower part is shaped like a round cushion with edges decorated with a beaded frieze.

The stopper is shaped like a nude woman wearing a pearl necklace, with her hands at the back of her neck in her hair. There are some small oxidations on the gilded metal (probably copper or brass), but the gilding is very vibrant and well preserved considering its age. There is a small chip on the tip of the stopper that fits into the lower part. There is a number: "2" engraved with a pen on the glass under the base of the bottle in the central part not covered in gilded metal, identical to the number engraved under the stopper. There are also two signs or letters on the gilded part: a Y and another symbol to decipher.

Remnants of an old-fashioned perfume scent remain. Height: approximately 10.5 cm. Diameter of the round cushion: approximately 6.7 cm. Weight: approximately 132.8 grams.
