Thank you for your understanding. See Photos and description, conditions may vary. Some lots are not checked in detail (vinyl records, CDs, etc). We are available from MONDAY to FRIDAY, from 8 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm (we are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

If you send us a message between Friday evening and Monday morning, your message/request will be processed on Monday in order of receipt. DO WE PRACTICE GROUP SHIPPING?

(Upon request, by message at the end of your purchases before payment, OR by the "request total amount" tab). Once all your purchases are done and before payment, just send us a message asking for grouping. These are done within reason and we distribute the items ourselves.

We reserve the right to refuse a grouping if we consider that it may damage the items during transport. Once an item is paid for, we cannot group it anymore. Please wait for the invoice with adjusted fees to pay. We calculate groupings as accurately and reasonably as possible (groupings of fragile/bulky/heavy items are often impossible).

Please take this into account when requesting a grouping. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the requests seem unrealistic to us, and we cannot find a common ground on the subject. From the day of sending the first invoice, you have 2 days.

After this deadline, we cannot intervene to modify invoices (removal, addition of items, fee modification) and we will send you a reminder message. Without your response, we reserve the right to put your unpaid items back on sale. We have a PRO CONTRACT with MONDIAL RELAY (collection by carrier of our parcels on Tuesdays and Fridays). We buy our boxes and fillings from a professional supplier. This raw material is taken into account in our pricing grid.

The item will be carefully protected to ensure satisfaction upon opening the package. Please, when finalizing the purchase, DOUBLE CHECK the DESTINATION RELAY POINT (for shipments by MONDIAL RELAY) and your personal information (phone number, names, and addresses). Shipping is planned by default through MONDIAL RELAY (collections take place on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays). You will indicate a relay point of your preference by message.
