HAT PIN Art Deco Gold-Plated Filigree VOLUTES with Flower Border Beads

  
ABOUT MAGNIFIQUE, this important PIN. It consists of a double VOLUTE.

Adorned with a filigree frieze of delicate FLOWERS framed by a frieze of fine PEARLS. However, I did not find a hallmark. It is fixed on a metal rod perfectly solid with the head.
