Rare and superb omega watch for lady type cocktail in 18k gold around 1955. Very small case in yellow gold 18k with winding back (also gold) type duoplan from jaeger lecoultre and as chic as a chameleon rolex.

Beaded bezel, smooth frame and bottom. 15 mm in diameter and 22 mm in diameter with a handle. Swiss box, helvètia handles/bottom punch. Omega signature on movement/dial/box and crown. Photos are an integral part of the description.
